Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and Delivery is the charge for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates.
Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined when you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (EST). Orders placed late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday.
We offer a flat fee for standard shipping to address anywhere in the continental US. Unfortunately we do not offer shipping to P.O Boxes. Typical shipping is 3-5 business days from the time you item is purchased. Unfortunately we do not offer expidited shipping at this time.
After payment you will receive a tracking number from the carrier who is delivering your package. Your tracking information is updated each step of the way. Please be aware that it make take some time for your information to be updated in the system.
Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm EST. We are closed weekends and major holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend it will be processed the following Monday.
Be sure that your shipping address is correct and formatted before checkout. For security reasons, we can not make changes to your shipping address after the payment has been made.
Returns and Replacements
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your return. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless it is defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
If returning a cell phone or tablet all iCloud/Find My iPhone accounts must be removed for all Apple devices and Google lock/Accounts removed from all Android devices.
Returning Merchandise by Mail
Please contact our customer service department to iniate a return, once the return is approved you will recive a pre-paid return label by email. Please package the item securly so that it is not damaged on it's return. Please enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s).
Please allow 7 to 10 days for 99Cell to process your return.
